There comes a time in every unit’s lifespan where it is not feasible to spend anymore money on repairs. Every single item that is manufactured has a time limit (more so in recent years) and after those years of useful service, machines and other objects just get worn out.
Residential retro-fitting of HVAC equipment is the go-to service that we provide, and we truly love the methodology of the entire installation process. It starts with performing a crucial HEAT LOSS/HEAT GAIN calculation on the structure. Followed by providing you with options and assisting you in choosing the right equipment for your budget. Finally, we execute a well thought out plan and install the new system in a proficient, clean, and timely manner.

As a rule we replace everything needed to bring the new installation up to current code and to our very high standards. Service
It is inevitable, eventually you will need to make a service call for one or more of the appliances in your home. First things first, before you call us out, there are a few checks you yourself can perform to avoid this. Make sure you have power to the unit in question by checking if your furnace switch is on. Check to see if your thermostat needs new batteries, or if you have a clean air filter.
These are among some common things that can make equipment act up and not perform as expected. Anything after that, please give us a call. We DO NOT recommend you remove any doors, panels or touch anything else inside or outside on your HVAC equipment. There are plenty of potential hazards surrounding you if you decide to try and save money and “DIY” yourself out of a jam.
When you call us, we will send out a professionally trained, licensed and insured technician with experience and the ability to identify and locate those aforementioned risks. Also, to diagnose the issue as it currently exists without you pulling out a bunch of wires and changing things around because someone on the internet says it’s ok. Don’t laugh we see it all the time! We will find the problem and before we go ahead with the repair we will explain what happened, and possibly how to avoid it happening again in the future. Once you understand and agree to the replacement part or service, we will outline the costs involved and make sure you are onboard.

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers monthly rental, and rent to own options. Nowadays most people’s situations are vastly different from one another, and of course individual needs vary.
You may ask yourself “Why Rent?” Some people have one or more income properties, and in most cases all containing conventional air and water heating systems, this can prove to be a lot to take care of and maintain. Others may be retired and are away from home for extended periods of time. Maybe your furnace abruptly stopped working altogether and you don’t have the resources at that moment for a replacement, but you still obviously need to keep warm. You might just need a new system altogether and simply do not want to tie up all your free cash. Why not rent a water heater or a furnace and air conditioning system? With our rental program there is an end in sight, you won’t be perpetually paying for old equipment.
